We hope you adore your LUCKY KAIA purchase! But if it’s not the perfect fit, you can easily return your items within 30 days of receiving them.

To get started, request a return ID number by emailing us at info@luckykaia.com
. Please include your order number, and our team will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

Once you’ve received your return ID number, simply complete the return form included with your order. Make sure your parcel contains the original invoice, completed return form, gift box/pouch, and security tag attached. We’re happy to offer refunds or online store credit, and we’re here to make your return process as smooth as possible.

Returns can be accepted if:

• You request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

• The item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in original condition.

• All components and packaging must be included and unused.

We do not accept returns on:

• Final Sale items: No refunds or credit unless the product is faulty (excludes the 10% welcome code or discounted/promo code items).

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless faulty.

• Items without security tags attached

• Bespoke items

• Gift cards and vouchers
